The Delac Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The Delac Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.

The Delac Foundation in Numbers

Our mission is to empower 1 million women across 100 developing countries by providing them with education and opportunities to build a better future. Through our commitment, we aim to distribute $1 billion in grants, fostering growth, independence, and success.

Hi everyone,

Iโ€™m Matt, CEO at SheCodes.

Iโ€™m excited to present this project we've been thinking about since starting SheCodes.

The aim is to offer SheCodes workshops at no cost to women living in select developing countries who are facing serious financial and educational challenges.

When I started SheCodes, it was a non-profit. During our past onsite workshops, I always mentioned that my ultimate goal for SheCodes was to open a school providing free education. Iโ€™m happy to turn this initial idea into a reality.

This is the beginning of something that will hopefully have an impact on many women.

The Foundation will be financed entirely by SheCodes Workshops, 10% of profits will be used to offer support to more women around the world. If you want to contribute, feel free to purchase SheCodes Workshops for yourself, friends, or family members.

SheCodes will remain paid, yet affordable in developed countries so we can keep offering quality training while expanding globally.

Thanks so much for being part of SheCodes. Together, weโ€™re making an impact.
