Yolanda's Story l became interested in coding because l have always always loved computers and seeing how each program works and comes to life. Learning a new language in the tech industry has always been something l wanted to aspire to because it's exciting to understand how things work behind the scenes and create something new with technology .

My motivation for learning to code with SheCodes is to gain a job skill that will never expire and one that will provide a better life for my family. I could not afford to attend university ,so learning coding through SheCodes offers me a more affordable and accessible opportunity to advance my career and improve our quality of life.

l enjoy hobbies that encourage teamwork like football or cricket. I find pleasure in relaxing hobbies that balance mental health like puzzling or word cross and of late sudoku. The hobbies help me in my communication skills, teamwork and ability to perform to my best ability.
