Trinisha's Story I first became interested in coding because I’ve always been curious about how technology works behind the scenes. At first, it was little things—wondering how websites are built, how apps function, or how you can automate everyday tasks. Over time, I realized that learning to code wasn’t just for developers; it’s a powerful skill anyone can use to solve problems, create new ideas, and bring projects to life. Seeing how technology shapes almost every industry inspired me to start learning, so I could better understand it and eventually contribute to it myself.

🙋‍♀️ Trinisha's Motivation

My motivation for learning how to code with SheCodes is to gain the technical skills that will empower me to build solutions and explore new career opportunities in technology. I’m especially drawn to SheCodes because: Their courses are designed to be accessible and beginner-friendly, which makes the learning process less intimidating. They provide a supportive community of women learning together, which is encouraging and inspiring. Coding skills open doors to creative problem-solving, whether it’s developing websites, automating tasks, or contributing to projects that make a positive impact. Ultimately, I want to feel confident in my ability to create things with code, expand my professional skill set, and be part of the growing movement to make tech more inclusive.

🤹‍♀️ Trinisha's Hobbies

Some of my hobbies and things I enjoy doing for fun include: Exploring new technology and digital tools—I love discovering apps or resources that make life easier or more creative. Reading, especially about personal development, entrepreneurship, and inspiring stories from women in tech. Spending time outdoors, whether it’s going for walks, hiking, or just relaxing in nature. Trying out new recipes—cooking is one of my favorite ways to unwind and get creative. Learning new skills, like design or coding, to keep challenging myself and growing.

The Delac Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The Delac Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
