Thando's Story At first, I was just day trading and then I started exploring the world of blockchain and DeFi. As I spent more time in the space, I became curious about the technology powering these systems and realized that coding is the key to really understanding and contributing to this world. My goal is to not just be a user, but to eventually build my own apps and tools in the blockchain space. Learning to code feels like the first step towards turning that vision into reality.

The Delac Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The Delac Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
