Su Lat's Story I first interested in coding when I happened to watch a YouTube channel (MSquare Programming) where a boy from my country showed hands-on coding of Html, CSS, and JavaScript while showing the outcomes simultaneously. I was amazed by the actual output of the tasks and the final look of the webpage. I also thought of the apps and websites that I often visit and got an idea of how various things are linked together. The whole look is just magnificent, and I was intrigued by every piece of it.

The Delac Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The Delac Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
