Sthando's Story I first became interested in coding when I realized how much technology shapes the world around us. I was fascinated by the idea that you can build websites, apps, or automate tasks just by writing code.

I'm motivated to learn how to code with SheCodes because I want to gain the technical skills necessary to create digital solutions, become more self-sufficient in solving problems, and open new career opportunities in tech. I also appreciate that SheCodes provides a supportive and inclusive environment for women learning to code, which makes the process more inspiring and empowering.

My hobbies include reading, especially fiction and personal development books, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and going for long walks to unwind. I also enjoy listening to music or podcasts and spending time with friends or family. Lately, I’ve been having fun exploring creative hobbies like journaling and learning design basics.

Sthando's coding training

Sthando has gained access to SheCodes Plus for at no cost. It’s a 4 month coding training that’ll take her from a beginner to a professional.

She'll learn popular technologies, from HTML, CSS, JavaScript and development tools. She'll also get to build her own online portfolio to showcase to potential employers!

3. Plus Coding Workshop (8 weeks)
4. Plus Add-on (2 weeks)
She’ll gain access to each portion after finishing the preceding portion. She’ll build up her coding knowledge gradually along the way. 🙌
