Sorusha's Story A year ago, I didn't know what coding is actually, but a friend told me that she left college and was starting to learn coding and she told me many things about it, encouraged me to change my major from science to graphic designing, so I can learn coding and designing together, I'm not a mathematics genius so I thought graphic designing may give me more free time.

🙋‍♀️ Sorusha's Motivation

I always wanted to learn coding, but I'm still confused about what language to choose, or what academy to choose. And the prices are not that fair you know?

🤹‍♀️ Sorusha's Hobbies

Watching movies and series, mostly in these genres; psychological thriller, mystery, comedy. Listening to good music... You know the fact that I live in Iran as a girl who's not really rich means that I cannot have the hobbies I really want. Also I love walking in the rain but my city is literally always sunny.

The Delac Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The Delac Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
