Snazo's Story A friend introduced me to she codes and she explained that it is an exciting thing to do even if you do not necessarily have computer or IT background and that anyone can do it. My friend motivated me

🙋‍♀️ Snazo's Motivation

I am motivated to join the she codes workshop as it is a great opportunity and specifically targeted at women across the globe as these type of skills are mostly associated with men. I have also noticed that it is a skill that is in high demand in this generation. I am also motivated as I believe Coding helps develop critical thinking and problem-solving abilities . I also want to gain a sense of accomplishment as this is something totally different and new to me based on my academic background.

🤹‍♀️ Snazo's Hobbies

I like to go on adventure like hiking and playing games that are physical challenging such as obstacle course. I like trying out new restaurants and foods and also cook new recipes

The Delac Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The Delac Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
