Sivesha's Story I did study an IT degree but it did not feel like I was learning but just doing things to make it to complete the degree. I would like to reignite the passion that I had for this field and be able to speak at the level of fellow male counterparts in the boardroom.

🙋‍♀️ Sivesha's Motivation

I would like to be able to improve my skills in the workplace. I am currently in tech but need to sharpen my coding skills. Currently, there are very few (if any) women with a coding skill. This has pushed me to go beyond and try to master this skill in a male dominated field.

🤹‍♀️ Sivesha's Hobbies

I enjoy cooking dinners for family and friends. I believe food brings people together and helps people connect. Cooking is also a form of a mental rest stop for me as it involves step by step activities that lead to an outcome that can be experimented with for different outcomes.

The Delac Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The Delac Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
