Siphesihle's Story I first became interested in coding around this time last year, when I was actively looking for ways to change my life and improve my future. At the time, I couldn’t afford to study it, and I also had very little information about how to start. Even so, I kept searching for other ways to learn because I realized that technology and marketing is fast growing and offers many possibilities and opportunities and I truly wanted to build a better life for myself and my family. That determination is what has kept my interest in coding alive.

I am a 22year old with no formal tech background, and my motivation for learning how to code with SheCodes is to build new skills that is in high demand and can truly change my future. I see coding as a way to boost my career opportunities and create a more stable life for myself and my family. More importantly, I want to be able to support my family financially and build a more stable life for my family and make them proud since i am the oldest sibling out of my siblings so SheCodes gives me hope because it offers a clear path for beginners like me to enter the tech world and build a better future.

In my spare time, I enjoy playing the violin, reading books, going out and spending time with my friends and family, cooking, and watching educational videos.

Siphesihle's coding training
