sinomtha's Story I was introduced to coding through seeking job opportunities, but my passion for computers started long before that. Watching hackers in movies, I was fascinated by the power they wielded through their solutions and how they could solve complex problems with code. This, along with seeing real-world tech innovations, drew me deeper into the field. As I explored further, I realized the potential of coding to create impactful solutions. Now, I’m eager to sharpen my skills and turn my interest into practical projects that can make a real difference.

The Delac Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The Delac Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
