Simile's Story I had been seeing a lot of content on social media about coding and many how ladies have pivoted into the tech industry. I was intriuged by how the journey requires one to learn different techniques and skills and how they all are building blocks to creating a tech professional. After being exposed to the content regularly I decided to take a deep dive and research all there is to learn about the tech world.

The Delac Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The Delac Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
