Samrawit's Story The person who introduced me to coding is myself. The first time i saw people coding in the computer, i was confused and surprised. I said "how are they doing it?", "it is kind of complex, isn't it?", a lot of questions come and go off my mind. I started to search coding tutorials in youtube, tiktok. After watching lots of tutorials i realized how complex problems can be solved using a simple code. They are also many more job opportunities using coding skills like web development, app development and so on.

The Delac Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The Delac Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
