ritaj's Story My interest in coding came almost unexpectedly. I've always been curious on how apps and websites were made and trying to figure out how written lines could create such creative, interactive and useful software. And one night while I was scrolling on tiktok I came across @thecodercoder video. I remember admiring her and her work. So I decided to try. Words cannot describe my happiness when i first saw “Hello, World!” pop up on my screen. and since then, coding became a passion.

The Delac Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The Delac Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
