Racheal's Story As a freshman I learnt a few C++ basics. I was very interested to understand how coding works. I was unable to enroll at my university for it so I had to wait to complete my first degree. I’m super exited for the journey I’m about to take.

🙋‍♀️ Racheal's Motivation

Growing up in my country, tech courses have usually been classified as courses that girls can not do. I want to learn how to code so I add new skills to my knowledge and be a motivation to my fellow girls in the country.

🤹‍♀️ Racheal's Hobbies

I like to watch YouTube videos on how I can learn how to make maps and trade forex online.

The Delac Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The Delac Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
