Okeke's Story My interest in coding started in university through my computer science course that I had to stop due to my parents financial issues. Apart from that, I have a friend that knows how to code and he seems to enjoy it. I had learned to use HTML and CSS by the time I left university.

🙋‍♀️ Okeke's Motivation

I had a deep conversion with big sister Nelly([email protected]) who is completing the shecodes max course, She briefed me on the program and told me about the scholarship they offer to girls in Africa. My motivation is to finally learn how to code properly so that I can apply for jobs overseas or within the country and possibly create my own gigs.

🤹‍♀️ Okeke's Hobbies

My hobbies are dancing, listening to music, watching movies and going to swim in our nearby river.

The Delac Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The Delac Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
