Nonsikelelo 's Story I wanted to know how computers work, I was always fascinated with how people are able to come up with a short cut..a code now that I know. I wanted to know how I can also do that magic. Just recently I met a university friend of mine and he introduced me to coding . He is the reason why and how I know about SheCodes foundation.

🙋‍♀️ Nonsikelelo 's Motivation

My motivation for coding is my hustle, I have a makeup business and I also just started sewing my own clothes . I believe that with the knowledge I will gain from coding I will be able to bring to life my ideas , I want to be free to design anything from a business website to maybe an app where one can be able to design (fashion) . Moreover , a lot of people keep telling me it would fit with my personality.

🤹‍♀️ Nonsikelelo 's Hobbies

I love reading books , I also crotchet on my spare time. I am an introvert so I don’t have a lot of fun things to do. I also love movies so I watch a lot of that with my friends.

The Delac Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The Delac Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
