Nande 's Story My interest in coding is rooted in a deep desire to be part of an industry that challenges me and provides a platform for my skills and creativity to flourish. My journey began after completing my BA when I realised that the career options it offered did not align with my aspirations. In 2020, I discovered the tech space and coding, and it immediately struck a chord with me. What captivated me most was the industry's problem-solving nature and its eagerness to embrace fresh perspectives. Coding was not just about writing lines of code; it represented a dynamic world where challenges were met head-on and where my input was valued. The allure of coding lies in its ability to combine creativity and logic seamlessly. It is a field where innovation thrives, and where one's skills can truly make a difference. I yearn for the opportunity to immerse myself in this space, to be part of a community that values innovation and welcomes individuals with a passion for creating solutions. Coding, to me, is not just a career choice; it is a pathway to personal fulfilment. It embodies the perfect marriage of my desire for challenge and my eagerness to contribute meaningfully. I am excited to embark on this journey and explore the limitless possibilities that coding has to offer.

🙋‍♀️ Nande 's Motivation

I want to learn coding through She Codes because it represents more than just a skill or a career opportunity for me. It embodies a profound personal and societal transformation that aligns perfectly with my journey and values. Throughout my five years working in sales as a promoter, I have been on a path of continuous growth and learning. However, what sets me apart is my unwavering commitment to self-empowerment and my deep-seated belief in the limitless potential of women. In a world where stereotypes and boundaries persistently restrict us, I have consistently strived to break free from these constraints and inspire other women to do the same. She Codes, as a platform dedicated to teaching women how to code for free and providing access to a male-dominated industry, resonates with my passion for women's empowerment. It is not just about acquiring a new skill; it represents an opportunity to shatter the glass ceilings that have held us back for too long. It's a chance to be part of a movement that challenges the status quo, redefines gender roles in technology, and helps women excel in a field where they've been historically underrepresented. I believe that She Codes is not merely a program but a transformational journey that will equip me with the tools and knowledge to thrive in the tech space. It offers the support and resources necessary to empower women like me to stand shoulder to shoulder with our male counterparts, contributing our unique perspectives and skills to this dynamic and innovative field. By learning to code through She Codes, I am not just investing in myself; I am investing in the future of women in technology.
