mpho's Story I first became interested in coding when I realized how deeply technology influences nearly every part of our daily lives—from the apps we use to communicate to the websites we shop on. My curiosity was sparked when I tried to customize a blog and found myself dabbling with HTML and CSS. Even with limited knowledge, I was amazed at how a few lines of code could completely change how something looked or functioned. That experience left a strong impression on me and made me want to learn more. As I explored further, I started to see coding as a form of problem-solving and creativity combined. I loved the idea that I could build something from scratch, troubleshoot it, and make it better with every iteration. What truly solidified my interest, though, was seeing how coding could be used to make a real impact—whether it’s developing tools to help small businesses, creating websites for nonprofits, or building apps that solve everyday problems. The more I learned, the more I realized how empowering coding can be. It’s not just about writing lines of code; it’s about creating solutions and bringing ideas to life—and that’s what continues to inspire me today.
