Monica's Story My interest in coding was sparked by my extensive experience in customer service and sales, particularly within the tech-driven ISP space. This realization motivated me to delve into the world of coding. Interacting with friends who work in the ISP industry further fueled my curiosity. Additionally, my roles at companies like Affinity Health and MSA Outsourcing Solutions required me to handle technical queries and support tasks. The more I engaged with these technical aspects, the more I wanted to understand the underlying code that made these systems work.
