🙋‍♀️ Maria's Motivation

I have always loved coding. I have used w3schools but no much. I believe shecodes will give me the best using the fact that it's mainly women, I will be empowered/motivated, feels good seeing fellow women code. I also love things working, it feels good presenting to stakeholders working software, as most may be aware of the technology, their smile, seeing something working perfectly motivates me to learn more about coding also, i would like to see myself grow into a senior software developer

The Delac Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The Delac Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
