Mamello's Story I always say people who work behind the PC look cool so i wanted to look cool as well. I'm joking. My journey into coding began with curiosity but it was my brother who truly sparked the fire. Watching him navigate the tech world with confidence and creativity made me realize how powerful and limitless technology can be. He introduced me to the idea that coding is not just about computers it's about building, solving and innovating.

🙋‍♀️ Mamello's Motivation

My motivation for learning how to code with SheCodes goes far beyond just curiosity. It's about taking control of my future. I've always been drawn to the creative and logical side of coding but I didn't have the right materials to learn coding. As a woman navigating a digital world I want to break barriers and build solutions. SheCodes offers a space where women are encouraged to innovate boldly and that excites me. I see coding not just as a skill but as a tool to open doors to independence and opportunities.

🤹‍♀️ Mamello's Hobbies

The Delac Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The Delac Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
