Lusanda 's Story Funny enough movies are how I first knew about coding and feel in love with coding and then later on when I was around 15 years then this other guy called Simon moved it where I was staying and he was an IT specialist and I remember I would enjoy watching him do his work I would be so interested and wonder how he knows how to do all that and right when he was going to teach me he moved out . Luckily when I was doing my matriculation again another IT moved it and I would ask him about his job and he would tell me everything he could do so that is how I got interested .

🙋‍♀️ Lusanda 's Motivation

Firstly the fact that I want to be one of the most successful women in South African motivates me the love most . The fact I love everything that has to do with computers . And I love how it will definitely boost my career opportunities.

🤹‍♀️ Lusanda 's Hobbies

I enjoy being on my phone mostly and trying to learn new things and sometimes I right computer books just to learn a few things and when I had a laptop I would try and do what I learnt on it .

The Delac Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The Delac Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
