Letta Iphendulwe's Story I first became interested in coding because I've always been drawn to technology and wanted to study IT, even though I couldn't pursue it at the time. My passion grew stronger when I discovered a female content creator who studied Computer Science. I followed her closely and she often shared what coding looks like, explained simple concepts and demonstrated how coding looks like. Watching her journey made coding feel possible for me too. Seeing other women confidently working in tech inspired me and helped me believe that I could also build future in this field. That inspiration motivated me to search for opportunities and eventually led me to platforms like SheCodes.

The Delac Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The Delac Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
