Lee Anne's Story My son took an interest in coding and went for a few lessons and he seemed very excited about it and he wished i understood his jargon a little more to engage in meaningful conversation with him. On a professional basis my involvement with small business owners made me realise that this could be an opportunity to explore to be more efficient and progressive in my efforts

🙋‍♀️ Lee Anne's Motivation

I have trained in accounting and have done all aspects of financial reporting. In my pare time i assist colleagues running small businesses to prepare their financial statements. I would be intrigued to enhance a skill that can assist me in developing my own software within the same field and target SME businesses who cannot afford the big packages and making my day to day mundane processes less routine and boring in a way.

🤹‍♀️ Lee Anne's Hobbies

I enjoy reading. Im currently also learning to play the piano, a dream i had as a child and i finally get to do it in the hope to personally teach my children.

The Delac Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The Delac Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
