Laurriette's Story I first became interested in coding while managing software and digital transformation projects. I often interacted with developers, product designers, and IT specialists, and I became fascinated by how coding turns ideas into functioning systems. The more I worked in tech-based environments, the more I felt inspired to understand the logic behind the systems I help manage. That curiosity sparked my interest in learning how to code and becoming more hands-on in technology projects.

As a Project Management Officer, I frequently collaborate with technical teams, and I’ve realized that having a solid understanding of coding will greatly enhance my ability to plan, oversee, and deliver digital projects. Learning to code will help me communicate more effectively with developers, improve project accuracy, and contribute more meaningfully to technology driven solutions. Ultimately, I want to expand my skill set and position myself for more advanced roles in tech-focused project management.
