Karen's Story While I was in school, I had a class on QBASIC, and it really caught my interest. I was amazed that I could build things like a simple calculator just by writing code. It felt fascinating to see something I created actually work on the computer. I enjoyed it so much that I kept going over the lessons again and again just to understand it better. That experience inspired me to want to start learning programming.

🙋‍♀️ Karen's Motivation

I plan to study Computer Science at university, and I know learning how to code is an important first step toward that goal. I want to understand how the apps, websites, and systems we use every day actually work and learn how to create things myself. SheCodes is the perfect place to start this journey because it offers structure and real projects.I believe this opportunity will help me build strong coding skills, boost my confidence, and prepare me for my future studies in tech.
