Josephine's Story I first became interested in coding when I realized the incredible potential technology has to solve complex problems and drive change. I was drawn to the idea of being able to build something from scratch whether it’s a website, an app, or a data visualization tool that could impact people's lives positively. As I explored more about technology, I saw how coding skills could empower me to contribute to areas I care about, like education, gender equality, and social development, sparking my curiosity and desire to learn.

The Delac Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The Delac Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
