Jose's Story The first time I saw code was online, when social media started and you could change the appearance of your profile with html. Then I was very interested in how websites and apps worked, algorithms, the possibilities of using apps to create beneficial communities. I would love to get a job in app design and UX and gain a lot of experience. My dream is to be able to make apps for local needs and to share that knowledge with the future generation so they can organize communally using technology

🙋‍♀️ Jose's Motivation

I want to become a front end developer and work in UX. I attended the SheCodes course and I really like the topics covered, the flexibility is perfect since I have time constrictions, and the practice approach is excellent for me. I think this is a great place to start my education in the tech industry so I can become a good professional and provide for myself and my community.

🤹‍♀️ Jose's Hobbies

I love creating recipes, cooking, bartending, doing art projects, learning botany, dancing, being in nature

The Delac Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The Delac Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
