Jocelyne's Story When I had my first daughter I had some time on my hands since I was working from home. I came across the tech community on instagram and fell in love. I realized coding is not only for programmers or people that are going to be software developers. Coding is for everyone, and can be used in many careers not only technical ones.

🙋‍♀️ Jocelyne's Motivation

Tech careers are growing and I want to be part of that growth. I am passionate about marketing and would love to add coding to my skills to find better jobs to better support my family. I am a mom of 2 beautiful girls and would love to learn, give them a better life and eventually teach them some coding too!

🤹‍♀️ Jocelyne's Hobbies

I love music, I love playing the piano, violin and ukulele whenever I have some time (which is not a lot because I have 2 daughters jaja). I also love reading and have a personal goal of reading 20 books this year.

The Delac Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The Delac Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
