Ivonne's Story I was introduced to basic HTML when I wrote on Indonesian Wikipedia for the first time. I joined a workshop teaching people how to write on Wikipedia. But I also figured out a lot when writing in the online encyclopedia. Afterward, in the community, I was introduced to GitHub and had the chance to use it. I was really into coding so I asked my coworker to teach me. As a practice, I built a webpage but was stuck in some ways and could not find a way to fix it. I would love to have a more deeper understanding of coding to be able to build better websites.

🙋‍♀️ Ivonne's Motivation

I love learning and would like to develop myself by learning new skills like programming. In my line of work, I have worked with developers so this skill will be useful for my career. I would also like to use this skill to explore new and better career opportunities.

🤹‍♀️ Ivonne's Hobbies

I love learning new languages. I speak English, French, and a little bit of German. I love listening to music and playing a little bit of guitar. During weekends, I can also be found playing tennis or wall climbing.

The Delac Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
