Iryna's Story By education, I am a physicist and material scientist. But I was always drawn to computer science. After getting acquainted with the field of robotics, I can't help but think about how to infect everyone with this disease as a robotics physicist :)

🙋‍♀️ Iryna's Motivation

I became a mother a year and a half ago. Half of this time I worked in the field of robotics. I was a methodologist of educational programs. I had an engineer who "coded" for me. I lost my job because of the war in my country. I understand that my husband can be taken to the front at any moment, so I want to start working as soon as possible. My dream is to create my own robotics course! For this I need technical coding knowledge.

🤹‍♀️ Iryna's Hobbies

In addition to robotics, I am fond of sports. Thanks to the war, we got together with our neighbors and in the evenings on certain days we go out for stretching. Soldering is also my hobby. Now I'm trying to solder a power bank and spread my knowledge among my neighbors.

The Delac Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The Delac Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
