Eliana's Story During my Masters, I used Matlab to use a program called SPM12 to analyse functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) data and I loved it! That's why I want to learn more and be able to explore computational neuroscience. My biggest motivation is women who do amazing things with coding and work for great companies like the ones that are part of Kuñatech. They are women who break all the stereotypes of what spaces women should occupy in society, and we can occupy any place we want. We are capable.

🙋‍♀️ Eliana's Motivation

As an MSc in Cognitive Neuroscience and Neuropsychology, I realised I need programming skills to improve my job opportunities in the research world. I also love languages and would love to learn programming languages. So my main motivation is to improve myself as a professional, to improve my job opportunities and to be able to teach other people the knowledge I acquire.

🤹‍♀️ Eliana's Hobbies

I love to go to gigs, and festivals and sing. I am a singer and have gigs on weekends. I recently sang in a Jazz bar in Asunción. I also like reading psychology and neuroscience books and learning new languages. I speak Spanish and Guarani, my native languages, and I learned English, Portuguese and German. I am now studying Italian and Chinese. It's hard sometimes but a lot of fun, I like being able to connect with people in their native language :)

The Delac Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The Delac Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
