Dyvyne's Story From a young age, I was often encouraged by my friends, family, and teachers, who recognized my knack for computers. I could type quickly and grasp complex instructions that might have seemed daunting to other kids my age. I soon learned that coding could unlock the ability to create apps and bring ideas to life, which sparked a deep desire in me to learn. I’ve always had numerous ideas swirling in my mind—concepts that I believed only I could execute properly. Unfortunately, financial challenges in my family limited my access to educational resources and technology. For eight years, I struggled without a personal device, relying on others’ gadgets to explore my interests. I finally received my own device just last month, marking a significant turning point in my journey. Now, with this newfound access, I’m more determined than ever to dive into coding. It’s not just about learning a skill; it’s about turning my ideas into reality and overcoming the obstacles that have held me back. I’m excited to explore this world and connect with others who share my passion.

🙋‍♀️ Dyvyne's Motivation

My motivation for learning to code with SheCodes comes from a desire to empower myself and others. Coding is a vital tool for creativity and problem-solving in today's tech-driven world. SheCodes fosters a supportive community where women uplift each other, encouraging me to embrace challenges and grow. I’m inspired by stories of women who have transformed their careers through coding, and I wanna be a part of that. My friend Michelle was hugely impacted by this opportunity and I've seen how she's been able to create things that equally impact others positively through apps she's created from the knowledge she received at SheCodes. Ultimately, this journey is about gaining the skills and confidence to bring my ideas to life and make a meaningful impact through technology.

🤹‍♀️ Dyvyne's Hobbies

My hobbies/what I like to do for fun include; writing poems/stories, mimicking actors/actresses in movies to better my acting skills, talking to a wall as though I'm talking to an audience about my experience when I am to eventually become a celebrity, lol, watching thought provoking movies, watching the news, watching comedy videos, singing, etc.
