🙋‍♀️ Dione's Motivation

This is because with the knowledge of codings there's alot I can bring into the society but this can be done if I study how to do programming. I have also seen alot it can do through my friend's but I really feel a type because I can't do anything since I don't have a laptop but hope I can download apps on my phone that can help me. The Delac Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The Delac Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
