Dingiwe's Story I first became interested in coding in 2018 when I started freelancing and managing social media. I realized I could create websites and apps that solve real-world problems especially in wellness, education and entrepreneurship. My passion grew as I began studying for my Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. I now dream of becoming a full-stack developer and software entrepreneur.

🙋‍♀️ Dingiwe's Motivation

I’m passionate about technology and driven to build innovative digital solutions that can positively impact lives in Africa. Learning to code with SheCodes will help me gain the technical skills I need to grow my tech companies — Craftonic Code, Bomb Marketing and Dingi Fitness. I also want to become financially independent, support my family and inspire other young women in rural areas like Jozini to explore careers in tech.

🤹‍♀️ Dingiwe's Hobbies

I enjoy reading, solving puzzles, watching movies and dancing. I also love learning new tech skills online and creating content for social media.

The Delac Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The Delac Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
