Daryl's Story Back in 2020 I worked at Web design agency I was jealous of my workmates because they all know how to code and I am not. My boss put me in a position where my job is not coding he put me in the administrative task. I just learned the basic code just like html and Css right now I want to dig deeper in coding I want to know and to learn the all aspects of coding and I am willing to invest my time to this.

🙋‍♀️ Daryl's Motivation

One of the great things about learning to code is that I can learn at my own pace. I can work anywhere in the world and I will be able to make my own apps and websites. Also coding can help you think analytically coding is not just about writing code. It’s also about problem solving. When you’re coding you’re constantly breaking down problems into smaller pieces and then figuring out how to solve them. This process of breaking down problems to find solutions can be applied to any problem of life.🙂

🤹‍♀️ Daryl's Hobbies

I liked to invest my time in learning new skills especially in the digital world.

The Delac Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The Delac Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
