Chansa's Story When I was in my final year, I got a chance to meet a person who had a degree like mine but used coding skills to solve problems and automate workflows. This was the first thing that sparked my interest in how I could use coding to implement location intelligence in the industry once I finished with my degree program.

The Delac Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The Delac Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
