Botlhale's Story I always thought coding would be a daunting challenge but after doing my research, I realised I am capable of learning this new skill. I am dedicated to enhancing my professional capabilities. I have watched a few videos explaining and showing how to code and it peaked my interest. I’ve also come to realise that knowing how to code has become high in demand as I would like to keep up for the sake of my professional career.

I am an unemployed researcher and would like to improve my job skills to increase my opportunities of finding work. I also want to provide for myself as a young, black woman and not have to rely on others anymore. Job opportunities have become very scarce in South Africa and by learning how to code, I can have an edge over my peers. As an aspiring data analyst, coding is very desired skill in my field.

I enjoy spending time with family and friends. When I’m home, I love spending time with my partner and our pets. I enjoy reading, watching crime documentaries and building puzzles. I also like to play games to keep my mind sharp. Outside I love to go to the gym, swimming and hiking. I spend time volunteering and mentoring young students.

Botlhale's coding training
