Banele Promise's Story I first became interested in coding because of my love for mobile apps and games. Over time, I became curious about how apps work and how they manage to perform all the tasks they do. I did some research and discovered something called coding, which fascinated me even more. From that moment, my curiosity grew, and I became eager to learn how to code and build my own applications.

The Delac Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The Delac Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
