Azal's Story My interest in coding started in a pretty unexpected way. A few years ago, I was working on a personal blog and wanted to customize its layout. I didn’t want it to look like every other template out there—I wanted something that reflected my style. As I began searching online for how to make changes, I stumbled across some basic HTML and CSS tutorials. I had no idea what I was doing, but I was curious, and little by little, I started understanding how it worked. That first experience showed me how empowering it feels to create something from scratch. I realized that coding isn’t just for computer scientists—it’s actually a creative tool. The more I explored, the more I was drawn in. I started noticing how much of our daily lives are built on code: websites, apps, even the simplest tools we use. What really got me hooked was the idea that coding gives you the power to build, solve problems, and think logically—all while being creative. It’s a combination I love. Since then, I’ve wanted to dive deeper and learn properly, so I can one day build something meaningful of my own.

🙋‍♀️ Azal's Motivation

Ever since I was young, I’ve been fascinated by how technology works—how apps are built, how websites function, and how lines of code can create something impactful and interactive. But for a long time, learning how to code felt intimidating, like it was something only experts or engineers could do. That’s why SheCodes caught my attention—it’s a platform that makes coding feel approachable, especially for women who might not have a technical background. My main motivation is to gain the skills I need to create and contribute to meaningful digital projects. Whether it’s designing a personal blog, building a portfolio website, or even launching an app one day, I want the ability to bring my ideas to life through code. I also see tech as a powerful tool for empowerment and problem-solving, and I want to be part of that. Learning with SheCodes gives me structure, support, and community—all the things I need to stay motivated and grow. I’m excited not just to learn the skills, but to be part of a movement that encourages more women to step into the tech world with confidence. This journey feels like the first step toward something big—and I’m ready for it.

🤹‍♀️ Azal's Hobbies

For fun, I enjoy listening to music, watching documentaries, and exploring creative content online. Since I’m often tied up with computer-related tasks, I try to make the most of my screen time by learning new things, trying out design tools, or just relaxing with a good podcast or video.
