Anna's Story I was interested in coding at the age of 15, but then I did not attach importance to this area and went to study law. Now I'm back to it again. Coding is an area in which our future lies. I am attracted by the possibilities of the IT sphere, the prospects for remote work, the opportunity to work from anywhere in the world.

🙋‍♀️ Anna's Motivation

SheCodes is a very interesting learning program. I found out about it from a spam list from IT Hub StrategEast, but it really got me interested. For the first time I see courses created by women exclusively for women.

🤹‍♀️ Anna's Hobbies

My hobbies include, of course, watching movies, walking, TV shows. This is trite, but really these are the activities that do not make much effort and are very relaxing. I have recently developed a love for gardening. She is not so strong yet, but I constantly look after my indoor plants and come up with something new. Well, since the age of 12 years I like computer games and still like them.

The Delac Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The Delac Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
