Akruti's Story I first became interested in coding when I realized how much creativity is involved in building something from nothing. The idea that a few lines of code could turn into a website, an app, or a real solution to a problem fascinated me. That curiosity pushed me to explore tutorials, try small projects, and eventually fall in love with the problem-solving process behind coding.

My motivation for learning how to code with SheCodes comes from a deep desire to build meaningful, real-world solutions, especially those that uplift women and underrepresented communities. I’ve always been drawn to creativity and problem-solving, and coding feels like the perfect way to bring ideas to life. Programs like SheCodes make the tech world feel accessible and empowering, and I’m excited to gain the skills that will help me turn my concepts into impactful projects. I want to learn to code so I can create platforms and tools that support collaboration, innovation, and social impact, especially in areas like women’s empowerment, accessibility, and sustainability. Learning with SheCodes will give me the confidence, structure, and community support I need to grow as a technologist and build solutions that genuinely help people.

I love solving rubik's cube. I also enjoy drawing and painting. For fun, I love experimenting with side projects, designing UIs, exploring new apps, or learning small bits of code. Outside of tech, I enjoy creative hobbies like writing, journaling, and reading, which help me relax and recharge. I also enjoy light creative activities like doodling and organizing aesthetic notes.

Akruti's coding training

She'll learn popular technologies, from HTML, CSS, JavaScript and development tools. She'll also get to build her own online portfolio to showcase to potential employers!
