Bidemi Bernice's Story I became interested in coding as almost all the remote jobs available needs the knowledge of coding. With the daily advancement in technology, I became interested in getting skills that will help me in my career and also increase my chances in getting other jobs and I chose coding because I see it as one of the first skills to acquire in the world of technology.

🙋‍♀️ Bidemi Bernice's Motivation

First motivation for me is the fact that it's free and accessible to all women in developing countries. This is because most times women are at a disadvantaged position when it comes to accessing somethings especially in developing countries. Another motivation is the fact that it's been shared widely so that others can have access to the training.

🎯

The Delac Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The Delac Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
