Evelyn's Story I first learnt about coding, when I joined a free app building class on WhatsApp, sponsored by Port folio 9 community, which I belong on Facebook. The class didn't go far into the teaching and so we didn't get to learn much about how to code. This another great opportunity for me to learn. I hope I get listed and given the opportunity. Thank you.

🙋‍♀️ Evelyn's Motivation

I want to get more knowledge on coding. I've always wanted to know how to build websites and apps, but haven't got the right/necessary knowledge. With this opportunity, I can learn how to code and build websites and useful apps. For instance, I've been meaning to build an app, that would teach little school children, a simple and easy way to solve Fractions in Mathematics- Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication and Division of Fractions. This would be a great opportunity, for me to learn how to do it myself, without needing to pay exhuberant amounts to app/website builders. Thank you.

🤹‍♀️ Evelyn's Hobbies

I like to play Table tennis and volleyball, to have fun.

The Delac Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The Delac Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
