Thu's Story Well, most of my friends are working as developers or testers, but they are all men. They used to say that coding was only for women and I was not able to do so. However, I think coding is fun and suitable for everyone, especially the one who is really interested in it. That was the reason why I would like to learn how to code.

To be honest, learning how to code can be beneficial for my future job. To be precise, technology especially IT plays an essential role in most of the fields ranging from education, business, healthcare services, and others. Currently, I am really keen on being a business analyst as well as being exposed to how to code basic programs to facilitate my dream job.

The Delac Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The Delac Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
