Shanice 's Story I am doing a short course in Data Science and saw Python is one of the modules I've taken an interest in and want to see what else I can learn along the way. I want to be a pro coder. I feel like i could be a pro coder and I'd like to pursue that

🙋‍♀️ Shanice 's Motivation

Growing up I've always shown interest in Technology from watching my dad work in IT to taking Computer classes in school, but never never pursued it as something I could take as a career. But, as of recently I'm falling back in love with technology and have come to realize that women can also work in technology and make a difference. So I'm on a journey of learning and equipping myself to break into technology and I feel SheCodes can help me learn how to code

🤹‍♀️ Shanice 's Hobbies

I enjoy exploring and seeing/trying new things be it a new restaurant or a new activity. I enjoy editing and creating content, at church, I am on the technical team and we basically try to incorporate technology into sermons by streaming online and being involved in social media.

The Delac Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The Delac Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
