Philile's Story I first became interested in coding when I started learning about how software and websites are built. I was fascinated by how lines of code can create something useful and interactive. During my Software Testing Learnership, I got exposed to some coding concepts, which made me even more curious to understand how programs work behind the scenes. That experience inspired me to learn coding so I can not only test software but also create and improve it myself.

My motivation for learning how to code with SheCodes comes from my passion for technology and problem-solving. I want to gain the technical skills needed to build creative digital solutions and grow my career in the tech industry. Coding allows me to turn ideas into real projects, and I believe SheCodes provides the perfect environment for women like me to learn, grow, and gain confidence in programming. I’m eager to develop my coding skills so I can create meaningful software and open more opportunities in IT and software development.

In my free time, I enjoy learning new tech skills, exploring coding tutorials, and improving my computer knowledge. I also like reading about technology trends and how software impacts everyday life. Outside of tech, I enjoy listening to music, spending time with family, and watching motivational or educational videos to keep myself inspired and growing.

Philile's coding training

Philile has gained access to SheCodes Plus for at no cost. It’s a 4 month coding training that’ll take her from a beginner to a professional.

She'll learn popular technologies, from HTML, CSS, JavaScript and development tools. She'll also get to build her own online portfolio to showcase to potential employers!

4. Plus Add-on (2 weeks)
