Jill Dominique's Story Growing up, I've always been interested in Tech- whether its consumer products or just general technological advancements. My degree in Psychology eventually led to a job as a Recruiter and luckily, I got to work for an IT & Digital Recruitment Agency in Sydney. There i was able to discover and learn a lot about the Tech industry and all of its nitty gritty details which I was absolutely fascinated with. It opened my eyes to all the possibilities in having a career in Software Development.

🙋‍♀️ Jill Dominique's Motivation

I love the fact that this is a foundation built just for women. Being an IT Recruiter, I have seen firsthand the disparity of women in Tech. Despite all the progress, women are still underrepresented in the tech industry. Learning how to code alongside smart and supportive women who want to better themselves would be a dream come true for me.

🤹‍♀️ Jill Dominique's Hobbies

I love to create. From baking, cooking, playing my guitar, watercolor painting - I love to experiment and make something out of nothing. Aside from that, I also love to read, watch movies and catch up on the latest RuPaul's Drag Race episode.

The Delac Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The Delac Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
