Dazelyn's Story Upon looking for a job to sustain my family's needs, I see a lot of web development, and anything that involves coding is in demand and has a very good salary offer which got me interested in it and sometimes tries to learn on youtube.

🙋‍♀️ Dazelyn's Motivation

My family is one of my biggest motivation why I wanted to learn how to code and I know that learning how code will open a lot of opportunities for me which will give me the power to give my family a better life and treat my parent while they are still with me. I want my parent to enjoy the rest life and not worry about tomorrow food and debts. This also my future.

🤹‍♀️ Dazelyn's Hobbies

During my free time, I like to watch a youtube videos about baking and graphic design. And If I have extra money for some ingredients, I try baking what recipe I like to try from youtube videos that I watch. I also love watching funny short reality game show and reading about personal development. Now, trying to add journaling to my hobbies since doing daily gratitude makes me happy and be positive despite things happening around us.

The Delac Foundation Mission

Women hold only 25% of coding jobs and earn 30% less than men. In many developing countries, over 65% of women lack bank accounts, making it difficult to invest in their education.

The Delac Foundation is changing that. We provide women in developing countries with free coding education, equipping them with the skills to build a better future. In partnership with SheCodes, we offer training in product development, design, and management, empowering women to thrive in the tech industry.
